Limited Product Warranty

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will carefully review your claim and provide the appropriate resolution.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, the product must:

  • Be purchased directly from ALUCINICO.

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Be submitted with proof of purchase.

Products showing signs of abuse, unauthorized alterations, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects may not qualify for warranty replacement.

Returns

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of ALUCINICO, including situations where:

  • We determine that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise instructed by ALUCINICO.

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ALUCINICO cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your warranty request has been approved.
